Tina has more than twenty-five years experience as a Realtor and has a Broker’s license. Also, she received the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).

For the last fifteen years she has been committed to being a “Traditional Williamsburg Realtor”. By that, she means she focuses on Williamsburg and surrounding areas and providing professional service to her clients is her top priority. As a result, she has annually received the Quality Service Award from Abbitt Realty, LLC.

Another achievement she is proud of is receiving the 2005 Ethics Award from the Williamsburg Association of Realtors.

She has a genuine interest in people and homes and therefore being a Realtor allows her to enjoy both. She listens to understand her clients true needs, lifestyle expectations and day-to-day requirements.

Her hobbies include a fascination with sea shells and she has acquired quite a collection. In addition she loves house and garden plants, cooking and quilting. She is active in several civic and church organizations.

Her husband Donald Allen is also a Realtor and works as her executive assistant. He retired from IBM with many years of planning experience, which has been very helpful in keeping her business on track.
